77 Forward (formerly GP77 Group Corp), website 77fwd.com, is the controller of the personal data processed on this website. We provide door-to-door foreign trade consulting between Brazil, the United States and China.

We only collect the data you voluntarily provide in the contact form:

• Name, email, company (optional) and phone (optional);
• Subject and content of your message;
• The site language used when submitting the form and your IP address, used for security and spam prevention.

We do not sell your personal data and we do not use it for automated decision-making.

• To reply to your inquiry and provide information about our services: pre-contractual steps at your request and legitimate interests;
• To keep the site secure and prevent fraud and spam: legitimate interests;

4. Who we share it with

We share data only with providers essential to operating the site, under confidentiality duties:

• Hostinger (hosting and delivery of the form email);
• Cloudflare (content delivery network and attack protection);
• Public authorities, when required by law or court order.

Because we operate between Brazil, the United States and China and use global providers, your data may be processed outside your country. In such cases we apply contractual safeguards and security measures consistent with applicable law.

7. How long we keep it

Messages sent through the form are kept for as long as needed to answer and follow up on your request and, afterwards, for the period required by legal obligations or to establish, exercise or defend legal claims. After that, data is deleted or anonymized.
